Could tenants please refer to your Emergency Procedure
information documentation, and refrain from requesting any non-urgent minor maintenance works.
I am sure you will understand and appreciate, under the current conditions, urgent works will take priority over less important matters and we would very much appreciate you only contacting us with any vital queries at this difficult time.
We are continuing as best we can with any confirmed lets agreed, and any scheduled check outs. Please be assured these works will only continue with the agreement of all related parties, and will only be undertaken with the very greatest caution and safety measures firmly in place.
