"So Strakers have been managing the property I rent for the past 2/3 years now, and I cannot thank them enough. Before I was under management with a different company and well, nothing much happened, no communication and nothing got done.

"I have been dealing with Strakers Lettings for quite a few years now. I am not able to visit the property but Strakers have managed the property very well. Communication is great, I call the office a person picks up the phone and my query gets dealt with straight away. Emails are dealt with very promptly. Maintenance is always an issue getting small jobs done, we all know getting a plumber to fix a dodgy tap, that is not high on the contractors list but with patience there is always success."
